– Everyone is unique and the experience is different for everyone.
– Clients report feeling the benefits anywhere from 4 weeks to 2 months after starting their BloomVitamins supplements.
– For the most optimal results, we recommend clients take the vitamins consistently and try not to skip a dose.
– If you take our formulas consistently you will notice a number of positive impacts quite quickly, however this will depend on the person, circumstances and health.
– We generally expect energy to increase quickly, along with concentration, alertness and immunity, if you take our formulas daily.

It is difficult to develop a well-balanced diet that contains all the nutrients one requires on a daily basis.

We accept payment by many different means including but not limited to credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not currently accept American express.

Shipping is via Royal Mail 1st Class from the UK. You have the options of choosing standard or recorded.

All completed orders (payment gone through) made before Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 16:30 will be leaving that day. Anything that has been processed after that time will leave the next working day.

Within the UK, standard shipping is free with orders over £40. Royal Mail quote delivery times of 1-3 days for their 24h service.
Delays can happen though which are beyond our control. If delivery takes more than 10 days for a UK order – please contact us immediately on hello@bloomvitamins.co.uk

Within Europe, orders can take 2-10 days to clear customs but currently this can be as many as 30 days meaning deliveries can take 3-5 weeks to arrive. We apologise for this lengthy period of time, unfortunately, express courier services are uneconomical to use with low priced products and they would still encounter the same customs delays.

For international orders you will automatically have the UK VAT removed as you might have to pay your own country’s VAT.

Currently we do not dispatch our products to the rest of the world.
We have temporarily restricted orders to Ireland due to problems with delivery. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Standard deliveries on orders over £20 are FREE, arriving within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail.
Orders under £20 carry a £2.00 delivery charge.

Hopefully you won’t need to return your products, but if you do, please re-package your unopened product for return with a note including your name and order number, and send within 14 days to:

We can only process refunds for returned products that arrive in a re-saleable condition. We can’t cover postage costs.

Please help us to ensure you qualify for a full refund by:
✓ checking the safety seal on the product is intact
✓ ensuring the product is well packaged
✓ obtaining proof of postage

We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t process a refund until we receive the goods.

We cannot cancel orders or payments that have already gone through. The system is is fully automated and the warehouse packs the order within minutes of receiving it. It’s then impossible to retrieve that package from a mountain of other packages waiting for collection.

You can, of course, return your order to us once you receive it and we’ll issue a refund as soon as we’ve checked the items are in good condition.  You will need to pay for the return postage and we strongly suggest you use a signed for option, as we can’t issue a refund until we receive the goods.

As soon as we receive your order back to our warehouse, we check it and then issue you with a refund on to your original payment card.  Please allow 21 days for returns to be processed. Once refunded, transactions can take 5-10 working days to clear through your bank.
